ALL WOOD DOORS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL
Our custom wood doors can are found in fine homes all across the country, however we primarily provide our products to South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. Eight-five percent (85%) of our custom wood doors are made from Sapele Mahogany specially imported from Africa. We have partnered with some of the best glass companies and hardware manufactures in the industry to ensure that our final product is second to none.
Our manufacturing process combines today’s technology with timeless craftsmanship to produce high quality, resilient, beautiful wood doors. We utilize CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) routers for guaranteed precision because all of our products are custom and made to order. The parts are then inspected and assembled by hand.
Our exterior doors feature our exclusive rimmed panels and engineered stiles. Our rimmed panels have matching wood edges applied to the perimeter of an exterior plywood panel. This process is done so that our exterior panels will have minimum expansion and contraction and so that our panels do not split or warp like conventional solid panels. Our door stiles are engineered to remain straight and for long lasting durability.
